Apply a blend of olive and almond oil in equal quantities all over the body, give a gentle massage for 7 minutes and then head for your shower.

Hair Care Ahead Of Valentine's Day

Women often skip following any hair care regime before Valentine's Day. It is a good idea to oil your hair an hour before bath. You can use henna along with triphala on your hair to exfoliate your scalp. Henna paste should be washed off an hour after application and it is suggested to avoid using shampoo on your hair.
